Hi Guys! I just wanted to share a little bit about me! My name is Amanda and I am a 4th Grade teacher at Oak Grove Elementary in Tennessee. I absolutely love my job. I have been teaching since 2009. The first two years I taught all subjects. A few years ago we changed things up. Myself and another teacher have split the subjects and we are now teaching two groups of students. Basically we have partially departmentalized. I am now the Math, Science, and Social Studies teacher for a total of about 41 students. I've been married to my husband Micah since 2011. We have a little boy named Jeremiah and a black lab named Charlie!
Education: Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lee University
Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University
Fun facts: I sing on the praise team at church.
